Finished Talamasca: The Secret Order (2025) S1!

↳ I wish I could kill every male character in this movie.
#YES, I only watched this for Roberta. YES I pissed that she was treated so horribly #Turned this movie to a 0/10 instantly-- it did nothing to the plot that she had to be assaulted?!?!??!?!????? #AND i had to bust my ass trying to find it with captions just for me to waste like 2 hours i'll never get back
Re-Watched The Power of the Dog (2021)!
I still loved it!
↳ After finishing the book I haddd to watch again to see what was different. I was sad to see a lot of my favorite scenes didn't make it in, but I was given a new appreciation for it.

Books / Reading
Read A Country Doctor's Notebook!
I LOVE it!!!!!!!!
↳ Vadimir Mikhailovich starts as a entertainingly neurotic doctor. Throughout the story he improves his and becomes a more established surgeon, which is impressive to fit in this very short book. I finished it in 2 days! Many favorite parts, but I found the final chapter too slow. Don't think I'll watch the show.
#Just go into this blind, Polyakov's story is immensely depressing and the best part of the book. #what if you WERE NAMED Vladimir Mikhailovich Bomgard and you were a DOCTOR in an SECLUDED RUSSIAN HOSPITAL but you're SIX MONTHS IN PRACTICE and you BREAK A BABIES ARM.
Read The Power of the Dog!
I LOVE LOVEEED it!
↳ This book will now stay very close to my heart! I was veery surprised at how much more sadistic Phil is in the book. Regardless, every character gave me a surprise as their true natures unfolded.
#I find it genuinely impressive that I managed to pick up and read the whole thing in a full lunar week #I was up at 1:40AM today scream SCREAAAMING at the ending!
yo! this is my media page (ver 2) where i kinda give up on writing and just log what i've seen. I've found that I just get burned out over writing sometimes despite loving it so here's the bigger but simpler version.
don't hold me on this but... I think I'll make book/music/showmovie pages even though i prolly shouldn't LMAOO
