FONTS. litereally every neocities site has them, but it feels impossible to pull off yourself. to be honest its literally hell to do but i'll walk you through it 🧑🤝🧑
back in the day, (like carrd era), one would just use dropbox like so:
But this doesn't work anymore. Dropbox changed the way their links work sometime in mid 2023, so people found another way.
wether or not that still works is beyond me, i haven't used dropbox in a while. you can look (and download) all my dropbox hosted fonts here though!
What I do is I either A: use fonts from google fonts that are ready to go, or B: upload my own.
I've tried hosting fonts on Catbox, and it does work, but do keep in mind that Catbox is known to just go down and be unuseable/banned in other countries though... As for hosting on Neocities... It's a whole mess and a half that I'm not willing to go through that for fonts!! honestly!!!
